I train with Ji-Sei-Kan in Birmingham with Sensi Colin Abbott.

I have come up a couple of times to Middlesborough to grade for Shodan and Nidan and to show support for others in Ji-Sei-Kan when their going for grading too.

I am ex Army and now drive and deliver goods for Allied Bakeries
