Unbelievable it 40 yrs today I started in Karate at the Budokan,Basil Street North Ormesby, Middlesbrough.
In this time I have made a lot of friends and amassed a lot of memories.
But I will never forget that first Class 6.30pm - 8.pm with Fred Kidd.
Couldn't walk the next day
